RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maison Of Time, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact us at support@maisonoftime.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or video of the item and packaging when requested

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may provide:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • A refund

Any approved resolution resulting from an error or defect attributable to us will be handled at no additional expense to the customer.

PRE-OWNED TIMEPIECES

For pre-owned watches, any condition details, photographs, scratches, marks, or other signs of wear disclosed on the product page are considered part of the item's stated condition and are not considered defects.

BUYER'S REMORSE & CHANGE OF MIND

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preference
  • Failure to review product specifications or measurements before purchasing

WARRANTY

Eligible watches are covered by a 2-year seller warranty.

Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable warranty. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or modifications may not be covered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Do not send any item back without first contacting Maison Of Time and receiving return instructions.

If a return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider or financial institution to make the funds available.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items clearly identified as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.
